Visiting NPCs
Visiting NPCs, as the name suggests, visits your island. These NPCs have a visiting schedule dictated by who has appeared the week before, and usually only one visiting NPC will be present on your island at any given day. Some of them will wander your island, and some of them will hang out at the plaza.
How often does a visiting NPC visit?
Section titled “How often does a visiting NPC visit?”Visiting NPCs are on a set bi-weekly schedule, and each rotating NPC can only visit a maximum of once per week. In short, you should see a particular visiting NPC at least once every two weeks.

Daisy Mae
Section titled “ Daisy Mae”- Required Nook’s Cranny to have been built.
- Visits between 5am and 12pm on Sundays.
- Though the player can’t buy turnips after 12pm, Daisy Mae can be found in The Roost (if the Museum has been upgraded) after 12pm on Sundays.
- Visits every Sunday to sell turnips (see Turnips/Stalk Market for more info).
Celeste
Section titled “ Celeste”- Requires the Museum to be built.
- Visits between 7pm and 4am on meteor shower nights.
- Blathers’ sister.
- Shares information about astronomy and gives the player Celestial and Zodiac DIYs.
- Once the player has learned all of her obtainable recipes, she will give the player star fragments.
- Celeste can only visit on nights where you have shooting stars (see NPC Schedule).
K.K. Slider
Section titled “ K.K. Slider”- Requires a 3 star island rating and completion of Project K.
- Visits between 5am and 12am on Saturdays1.
- Holds special visits for player birthdays.
- Talking to K.K. will allow you to request a song from him. Doing so will prompt a performance, and afterwards he will give you a copy of the song.
- Additionally, you can request specific songs from K.K., which is how you obtain “secret songs”. All K.K. songs and their corresponding moods can be found here.
- K.K. Slider only takes song requests from 6:00pm - 12:00am
Saharah
Section titled “ Saharah”- Requires the player’s house to be built.
- Visits between 5am and 12am.
- Sells rugs (small, medium, and large) and exclusive flooring and wallpaper.
- Buy from her to obtain Saharah Tickets.
- Small rugs award 1 ticket.
- Medium rugs award 2 tickets.
- Large rugs award 3 tickets.
- These tickets can be used to buy extra mysterious flooring/wallpaper, which cost 5 tickets each.
- Mysterious flooring/wallpaper purchased with Saharah Tickets are random for each player.
- Requires the museum to be built and have the art wing expansion.2
- Visits all day.
- Sells artwork (real and fake) and non-native color variant furniture.
- Docks his ship at the player’s secret beach on the north shore of the island.
- Redd will be roaming the player’s island if it’s his first visit.
- Each player can purchase up to one piece of artwork from him, and an unlimited amount of the 2 furniture items he brings each visit.
- Art is mailed to you the following day, furniture is in your pocket immediately after purchase.

- Requires Resident Services to be upgraded.
- Visits all day.
- Buys fish for 1.5x Timmy and Tommy’s price after the completion of a challenge.
- Can make you fish models, which require 3 of the same fish, and is mailed to you the following day.
- C.J. is the host of the Fishing Tournament.
- Requires Resident Services to be upgraded.
- Visits all day.
- Buys bugs for 1.5x Timmy and Tommy’s price.
- Can make you bug models, which require 3 of the same bug, and is mailed to you the following day.
- Flick is the host of the Bug-Off.
- Requires Able Sisters to be built.
- Visits from 5am to 10pm.
- Conducts fashion challenges with the player in exchange for clothing and/or Tailor’s Tickets which can be used in The Able Sisters shop.
- The middle sister of Mabel and Sable, does not work in The Able Sisters shop, instead visits your island in the Resident Services plaza.
- Label quest rewards are calculated as below:

- Requires Able Sisters to be built.
- Visits from 5am to 10pm.
- Shop vendor in the Resident Services plaza that sells mostly exclusive accessories, bags and shoes.
- No requirements.
- Visits from 5am to 10pm.
- Shop vendor in the Resident Services plaza that sells shrubs starts, flower seeds, and pumpkin starts.
- Buys weeds for double the price of Nook’s Cranny (20 bells per weed).
Gulliver
Section titled “ Gulliver”- Requires the Museum to be built.
- Visits all day.
- Can be found sleeping on the island’s beaches, and upon waking Gulliver up, he will ask you to find 5 communicator parts which are buried in the sand.
- If the player completes his favor, he will mail the player a special furniture item the following day.

Gullivarrr
Section titled “ Gullivarrr”- Requires a wetsuit to have been bought.
- Visits all day.
- Can be found sleeping on the island’s beaches, and upon waking Gullivarrr up, he will ask you to find his single communicator by diving for it in the ocean.
- If the player completes his favor, he will mail the player a special pirate furniture item the following day.

- No requirements.
- Visits from 8pm to 5am.
- Upon speaking to Wisp, he will become scared and “fall apart”. This will prompt him to ask you to find his 5 spirit pieces.
- Completing Wisp’s quest will cause him to gift you either a furniture, clothing, wallpaper or flooring item. He will ask if you want

As of version
2.0.0, the art wing is automatically unlocked once you upgrade from Blathers’ tent to the Museum. Players without the art wing will need 60 total donations to upgrade the Museum. ↩
